Rates
The hourly rate is $120.10/hr per investigator plus $1.00/mile plus any expenses. Note: By law, sales tax is required for investigative services.
This includes but is not limited to:
Criminal Case Work, Any Type of Fraud Surveillance, Corporate Investigations, Locates (people and assetts), Undercover Investigations
Missing or Exploited Children (special rates)

Rates may change from what is displayed on this page. Rates may be negotiable. We do conduct court apointed investigations at the appropriate rate(s).
You can make secure payments for a retainer by using PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make payments using your credit card.
We normally do not work Sundays or Holidays. If you are requesting work on those days be expected to pay additional fees that must be approved first. Holidays include, but are no limited to: New Year's Day, Easter Weeked (from Good Friday through Easter) Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weeked (From Thanksgiving through Sunday), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

Regular Service: First attempt is made within 18-72 hours Includes 4 attempts (one on Saturday)
Rush Service: First attempt is made within 24 hours
Priority Service: First attempt is made same day receiving documents
All date sensitive papers will be charged a Rush Fee.
All Protective Orders are a Priority Fee.
Process service on previously failed service (where others have failed) is the same as an investigation.
Mileage rates are based on round-trip miles driven for service.
Witness fees for subpoenas will be paid for by the client prior to service and are not included in the charges for service.
